The UDW10003 digital wireless surveillance system by Uniden offers security and peace of mind with the convenience of a portable monitor receiving a video camera. Included in the digital surveillance system is a portable UDWC23 camera and a colored video display. The system comes with the Uniden Security Surveillance software allowing features including smart motion detection, record scheduler, and detection sensitivity so you can have detailed playback of the footage recorded from your pc. The 3.5-inch color screen supports up to four cameras with quad playback so you can view up to four cameras at once. Other views include auto scan and individual view. Use the digital zoom and pan capabilities to retrieve detailed information that is difficult to see under normal view. The wireless surveillance system uses 2.4 digital FHSS, which means zero interference from other devices and prevents any hacking into your system. The portable LiON rechargeable battery offers up to 4-hours of life for the camera and 8-hours for the base.

Works excellently. Good clarity day and night. I have it mounted under an eave to view the driveway. You have to aim it before mounting as there is no side-to-side rotation and no "wide angle" which would be a nice feature. There is no interferance with my wireless router which is located 30 feet away. -- driveway viewer

I bought this for my baby's nursery and it works great. It has about a 1/2 second delay behind the audio monitor I use with it. The audio isn't that great, but my wife and I use a Sony Baby Call audio monitor most of the time, then turn on the video monitor when the baby starts to stir. This works great for us. The Uniden Video Monitor has a big screen, clear picture, and a really long battery life. We've had no issues with the wireless reception. I think it is a great value. I would recomend this unit. -- Works Great!

This was our 4th try for a good video/sound monitor and it is by far the best. We tried one that just hooked up to the TV, too big and bright to keep on all night. The 2nd was the Lorex, great picture - non-existant sound. 3rd - Summer Slim & Secure, this was good overall, a bit of a grainy pic but nice color, great sound, BUT it had an automatic feature that turned the screen off every couple of minutes so you had to keep pressing the button to get it back on - ANNOYING! this should be an option, not automatic.

I heard about this in the Summer reviews, took a chance and it is just what we were looking for. Good sound, nice picture, added bonuses of the camera also charging so you can move it around wirelessly and comes with software so it can be used while you are at work as a nanny cam or for security with the option of adding up to 4 cameras. We are very happy with it! -- Great as baby monitor!
